Amid boycott over operator’s racist Facebook posts, Baltimore-area crab houses to reopen Monday

The five locations of Vince’s Crab House will reopen Monday, the operator said, following a nine-day closure prompted by an ongoing boycott by black customers over his racist posts on social media.
