Maryland relaxes more coronavirus restrictions, will allow all businesses to open as it enters Stage Three of recovery plan

Marylanders may soon be able to go to the movies and to see live shows, as Gov. Larry Hogan announced Tuesday that all businesses — including entertainment venues — can reopen starting Friday.
