Maryland Gov. Hogan orders audit of Maryland Environmental Service

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is ordering an audit of the Maryland Environmental Service, following The Baltimore Sun's reporting of significant severance payout, bonuses and expense reimbursements paid to the agency's former director.
