‘Profoundly unfair’: Family of Central Special student make public a report finding systemic failure relating to his death

A 17-year-old student at Central Special who died after choking on a glove was under the supervision of a substitute and two high school volunteers and had tried to ingest two other gloves that day, according to his family who conducted their own investigation after a county report said the death was attributed to “systemic failure.”
