Anne Arundel health officer recommends private schools not start in person, says county must approve reopening plans

In a letter sent out to nonpublic Anne Arundel County schools, County Health Officer Nilesh Kalyanaraman asked schools to not offer in-person instruction for the upcoming fall semester.
