Delaware closes bars in beach towns ahead of July Fourth weekend as coronavirus cases rise

Delaware Gov. John Carney announced Tuesday that he’s delaying Phase 3 of the state’s reopening and closing all bars around the beaches indefinitely because of a recent uptick in coronavirus cases.
