Two finalists for massive City Dock-Hillman garage project bring familiar names to Annapolis

The two consortiums bidding on demolishing and reconstructing Hillman Garage and redeveloping City Dock are made up of Maryland, national and international companies, the city confirmed Monday. Some of the names are familiar.
