More than 500 honor Juneteenth in downtown Annapolis with march, vigil and speeches

In celebration of freedom and Juneteeth Day, the day slaves in Texas heard they were free two years after the Civil War ended, a march and vigil will be held in Annapolis staring at 2 p.m.
